The classic dole whip from Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom is one of my favorite things to eat at Disney! It is always on our itinerary and a must stop spot for us! This dole whip is a twist on the classic! It’s a Pina Colada dole whip!
This dole whip has frozen pineapples, dole pineapple juice, unsweetened coconut milk, and the best part – vanilla ice cream! The pineapple coconut flavor is so cooling for the hot summers! With the right ratios this Pina Colada Dole Whip is so creamy and thick! This dole whip comes together super quick and is kid-friendly! I promise it will definitely be a winner this summer!
Yields: 2 Servings
2 cups of frozen pineapple
3/4 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
** Omit the coconut milk, if you want to make a classic Dole Whip!
In a blender, blend all the ingredients until a thick consistency is achieved. (Add more milk to thin out the mixture or more ice cream to thicken the mixture up!) Serve immediately!
Optional: Place mixture in a piping back to swirl out the ice cream!
